What do Bees have to do with our Product Names?
Naming our eyewear models after a profession - well, in the broadest sense - it’s a tradition here at EINSTOFFEN. This season, we took a closer look at one of them, the Imker («beekeeper») - that was an eye opener!
That's why, with the current Christmas campaign, we decided to support the sustainable reintroduction of free-living honey bees in Switzerland in cooperation with FREE THE BEES
FREE THE BEES
The FREE THE BEES organization is committed to the protection of free-living bee colonies in Swiss nature. To this end, in collaboration with foresters, they produce and distribute tree hollows, thus creating in the forests
new habitats that are essential for the survival of free-living honey bees. They train beekeepers in near-natural and responsible beekeeping and educate revenue beekeepers in extensive and sustainable honey production.
