Klabautermann #5599
This last one, the Klabautermann, is so spooky and eerie that we can't even give you an English translation. We have an agent from the stormy Frisian coast up north who told us about this legendary spirit - and inspired the design of the pair, too. In old pirate stories, the Klabautermann was something like a ship's invisible kobold. According to legend, he indicated leaks to the ship's carpenter with an otherworldly rumble. Sounds like a pretty helpful shipmate, actually. Just whatever you do, don't see him, then it's too late - an unmistakable omen of the ship's demise. We want you to rock these glasses all over your city and country life. But on a ship? Well, that's going to be up to you.
