Opinions are certainly divided on the sense and purpose of Formula 1. But there‘s at least one thing to be said for the racing circus: when it comes to sunglasses, racing drivers («Rennfahrer») have time and time again set new trends. First and foremost we’d like to mention the style icons of the 70s, Jackie Stewart, James Hunt, Jacky Ickx and yes, Niki Lauda. Our «Rennfahrer» model, a massive pilot shape made from block-polished titanium was inspired by this era.
